Copper cabling (CAT5e, CAT6, CAT6a) is the most common type used for the Horizontal runs, however, fiber optic and coaxial cables can also be used. IVI Solutions exclusivly uses CommScope products that exceed the industry standards.

Patch Panels.
Utilizing the CommScope® line, patch panels , being one of the core components of structured cabling, exceed the industry standards.
Patch Panels in any configuration (CAT5e, CAT6, CAT6a) and available in the common port density sizes, 24-port, 48-por, exceed the industry standards.
Patch panels are part of the proccess in designing a structured cabling system for commercial, public, private, and governmental institutions.
Racks & Enclosures.
IVI Solutions organizes your ER by installing an equipment rack of either a 2-post or 4-post, per your request.
Racks come with options such as horizontal and/or vertical cable management.
IVI Solutions also supplies Hoffman Enclosed Racks.
IVI Solutions installs a variety of rack types and sizes. This will be discussed during the design of a structured cabling project.
Testing.
After installation, our team will test your network cabling infrastructure to ensure that it is certified to both manufacturer and BICSI standards. Using Fluke LinkIQ cable analyzers, our technicians will test your copper and fiber network cabling to ensure it meets industry standards.
By default, IVI Solutions tests every Permanent Link installed, and our equipment stores the results. An electronic copy of these results can be made available upon request. Further testing and certification services are also available as a value added service
Labeling.
IVI Solutions labels faceplates and patch panels to the 606-B labeling standard. We can provide a drawing with the cable locations and pathways at your request, enabling you to easily locate each cable and point of termination.
Of course, IVI Solutions can adhere to a customer requested numbering scheme and nomenclature.
Warrantee.
The 25 Year Warranty covers all permanent copper cabling, outlets and jacks within the horizontal cabling of a Cat5e, Cat6 or Cat6A structured cabling system which has been tested as Cat5e, Cat6 or Cat6A system in place of the warranty set out in our current terms and conditions of sale.
